Today, Friday, February 20, 2026, the third day of the holy month of Ramadan, the Egyptian Committee distributed dates to mosques across the Gaza Strip, from north to south, in a large-scale and urgent humanitarian effort that confirms that Gaza is not alone.
This campaign aims to provide dates to mosques for distribution to fasting people, whether at iftar or suhoor, to reinforce the meaning of solidarity and compassion and that we are one hand. This comes as a clear humanitarian message that humanitarian work is still ongoing.
